Game Objective
Join Gonzo, the Spanish explorer, in the search for the lost treasures of the city of El Dorado!
The objective of the game is to guess where, on the map of 70 squares, you will find the hidden treasures.
Game Rules
The game features three phases:
- Treasure Hunt
- Prize Drop
- Bonus Round
Treasure Hunt
In this initial phase, place your chips on one or more squares on the paper map — wherever you feel there might be a treasure!
Each of the 70 squares on the map is a bet spot, and you can bet on as many squares as you want.
Your total bet will be the number of chips x the value on each chip. For example: six £1 chips + six £5 chips will make a total bet of £36.
Once betting time is over, the hidden treasure map is revealed, showing you the location of all three Gonzo Keys. If you find a Key under one of your chips, you are one step closer to a bonus treasure!
Prize Drop
Next, five blocks are dropped from the top position to unlock treasures; they may be gold blocks, multiplier blocks, or a mix of both. If a block lands on one of your chips, you get a reward!
The prize varies according to which block lands on your bet spot:
A gold block grants you a regular prize of 10x your bet.
A multiplier block grants you a prize of 20x your bet.
Gonzo Key:
- If a gold block falls on one of your bet spots with a Gonzo Key, you advance to the Bonus Round, where the rewards are even bigger.
- If a multiplier block falls on a Gonzo Key, all bonus multipliers double in value, even if you don’t have a chip on that Gonzo Key.
- If a multiplier block falls on a Gonzo Key with one of your chips on it, all bonus multipliers double in value and you advance to the Bonus Round.
If several blocks fall on several of your bet spots, the winnings of all bet spots are summed up for your total win.
At the end of the Prize Drop, if a block has landed on a Gonzo Key with a chip placed on it, you advance to the Bonus Round.
Bonus Round
Gonzo then turns the key to start the Bonus Round, where you may find bigger potential wins!
The value of your next treasure is decided on the bonus wall, where every number is a multiplier. A ruby block falls down the wall, and where it lands determines by how much your bet will be multiplied.
You also have the chance to win even more: if the block lands on the bonus stone “x2”, every multiplier on the wall is multiplied by two.
Example 1: You had a £1 chip placed on a Gonzo Key during the Prize Drop, and this bet value advanced to the Bonus Round. Now, if a ruby block lands on a stone with a “50” multiplier, the round is over, and your final prize is £50 (£1 x 50).
Example 2: You had a £1 chip placed on a Gonzo Key during the Prize Drop, and this bet value advanced to the Bonus Round. If the block now lands on the bonus stone “x2”, all multipliers on the wall are doubled. Another block is then dropped, and where it lands is the value by which your prize will be multiplied — so if it lands on a stone with a “100” multiplier, your final prize will be £100 (100 x £1).

Maximum potential payout within a game round is limited to £500,000.
Please note that any malfunction voids the game round and all eventual payouts for the round. Bets will be returned.

Place Bets
The BET LIMITS panel shows the minimum and maximum allowed bet limits at the table, which may change from time to time. Open the Bet Limits to check your current limits.
To participate in the game, you must have sufficient funds to cover your bets. You can see your current BALANCE on your screen.
In the Immersive view, the TIMER informs you of the duration of betting time. After it expires, betting is closed and no more bets are accepted.
The CHIP DISPLAY allows you to select the value of each chip you wish to bet. Only chips of denominations that can be covered by your current balance will be enabled.
Once you have selected a chip, place your bet by simply clicking/tapping the appropriate bet spot on the map. Each time you click/tap the bet spot, the amount of your bet increases by the value of the selected chip or up to the maximum limit for the type of bet you have selected. Once you have bet the maximum limit, no additional funds will be accepted for that bet, and a message will appear above your bet to notify you that you have bet the maximum.
NOTE: Please do not minimise your browser or open any other tab in your browser while betting time remains and you have placed bets on the table. Such actions may be interpreted as leaving the game, and your bets will therefore be declined for that particular game round.
You can also click/tap the BET ON ALL button which allows you to place a bet on all bet spots. The value of your selected chip will be placed on all bet spots simultaneously.
The REPEAT button allows you to repeat all bets from the previous game round. This button is available only before the first chip is placed.
The DOUBLE (x2) button becomes available after you have placed any bet. Each click/tap doubles all your bets up to the maximum limit. Note that you must have a sufficient account balance to double ALL your placed bets.
The UNDO button removes the last bet you placed.
You can click/tap the UNDO button repeatedly to remove bets, one by one, in the reverse order in which they were placed. You can clear all your bets by holding the UNDO button.
The TOTAL BET indicator displays the total amount of all bets placed in the current round.
