About the Game
Shaolin Master is a 5-reel, 6-row game that uses cluster wins, cascades, and multiplier mechanics. The game features a maximum possible win of 10,000 times the player’s bet, achievable in all game modes.
Features
Cascades
Winning symbols that form part of a winning cluster are removed from the grid after wins are awarded. New symbols cascade in to replace removed symbols, potentially creating new wins and additional cascades.
Chi Orbs
Chi Orbs are wild multiplier symbols with three variations:
- Blue Chi Orb: Starts with a multiplier of 1x and increases by +1 after each cluster win involving it.
- Red Chi Orb: Starts with a multiplier value of 1x and increases by +1 for each symbol that is part of a winning cluster, including Chi Orbs, for every win it participates in.
- Balance Chi Orb: Appears only on cascades and lands with a multiplier value equal to the product of any Red and Blue Chi Orb multipliers on the grid. Applies its multiplier if part of a win, then disappears.
Multiple Chi Orbs in a win have their multipliers combined multiplicatively before applying to the win. Blue and Red Chi Orbs remain on the grid through cascades until the round ends, after which all Chi Orbs are removed.
The Student Bonus Feature
Activating this bonus is done by landing 3 or 4 FS scatter symbols, awarding 10 or 12 free spins, respectively. All base game symbols can reappear, along with a Green Chi Orb and a Green Gem multiplier modifier symbol. Multipliers increase below each reel by 1x for every winning symbol on that reel. The Green Gem modifier may multiply reel multipliers by values from x2 to x10. When a Green Chi Orb lands, it activates the reel’s multiplier. Activated multipliers are added together and applied globally to cluster wins. Each activation grants 3 extra spins. Only one Green Chi Orb per reel; maximum multiplier is 9999x.
The Master Bonus Feature
This feature is triggered with 5 FS scatter symbols. Symbols are replaced by Stone block symbols. Multipliers above each reel increase through Multiplier Modifier Blocks, which may add or multiply values. Both Normal and Epic versions of Blue (adding) and Green (multiplying) gem blocks are available, with values between x2 and x10. Ice blocks are crushed when dropped and replaced with Multiplier Blocks, whose values match the corresponding reel multiplier. Multiplier Blocks stack at the bottom of the grid.
Crusher Blocks fall through all blocks, destroying any Multiplier Blocks in their path and creating a new Multiplier Block with the summed value. Free spins reset to 3 each time a Multiplier Block, Multiplier Modifier Block, or Crusher Block lands. The feature ends when three consecutive spins occur without any of these blocks, and the final payout equals the sum of all Multiplier Block values times the bet level.

Payouts depend on both type and count of connecting symbols (minimum 5). Below are general symbol payouts for 5+, with amounts reflecting the currently selected bet level.

Special Symbols
- Blue, Red, and Balance Chi Orbs act as wilds and only appear in the base game.
- Green Chi Orb only appears in The Student bonus game.
- FS symbols do not appear in The Student bonus game.
Ways to Win
A winning combination is formed by landing five or more connected identical symbols anywhere on the grid. Winning symbols are removed, and new symbols drop in until no more wins occur.
Balance
The current balance is displayed on the main screen in the chosen currency and updates with bets and winnings.
Betting
Players select bet levels between £0.10 and £5. Bet levels are changed using the arrows on the bet display.
Spin
The game starts with the spin symbol button or using the spacebar.
Win
Wins are paid according to the paytable. Multiple wins in a round are added together and displayed in the WIN field.
Max Win
The maximum possible win in the game is 10,000x the bet. When this is reached, the round immediately ends, winnings are awarded, and any remaining free spins or features are discarded.
Free Spins
For free spins, the win per spin is displayed in the WIN field, while the accumulating total is displayed in the TOTAL WIN field next to the number of remaining spins.
Additional Information
The bottom bar of the game screen displays the balance in the chosen currency, win amounts, and the amount bet on the current or last proposition.
Interrupted Game
If a game round is interrupted, it may be resumed by starting the game again, unless it is void due to inactivity or system maintenance. If resumed within one day, the round continues; otherwise, the wager is refunded. Completed rounds where visual display was interrupted may be viewed in history.
History
Results of completed games are available for review in History after closing the game window. Unfinished games are not shown in History.
